Come along and learn how to create your own candle arrangements, Christmas wreaths, garlands and Christmas bouquets. We are in the process of producing an update to our annual course brochure, which should be available in early December. Copies will be available in the libraries, council offices and the Adult Learning offices at VCC, Visions (CBEC), and the Oakham town centre Adult Learning & Information Centre (ALIC).
