Rutland Water Cruises on the Rutland Belle

Cruises on the Rutland Belle enable visitors to enjoy the sights of Rutland Water whilst listening to commentary highlighting points of interest (hearing loop available in lower salon). Rutland Belle can carry up to 110 passengers at any one time, with accommodation for 60 in two covered all-weather saloons. Drinks are available on board, and meals can be bought from nearby cafes and restaurants.

FIRST CRUISE IN 2008 on Good Friday 21st March

Rutland Water is set in three thousand acres of beautiful English countryside. Around the twenty-five mile perimeter of the lake are four parking and leisure areas, each with refreshment kiosks, picnic areas and toilets. You will find a variety of activities at Rutland Water, such as cycling, sailing, windsurfing, climbing wall, walking and bird watching. Visits can also be made to the Information Centre and Gift Shop, the Butterfly and Aquatic Centre, the Drought Garden or Normanton Church Museum.
