DIRECTIONS

Approaching from the A1
From the A1 take the junction with the B668 signed to Greetham, Cottesmore and Oakham.

Follow the road through Greetham and into Cottesmore.

Approaching from Melton Mowbray (A606)
On the A606 from Melton Mowbray you come to Langham. 

In Langham take the turn on the (second) bend in the village signed to Burley and Cottesmore. 

Follow this road all the way to Burley on the Hill where you will join the B668, which leads you to Cottesmore

Approaching from Oakham
In Oakham find the mini-roundabout at the junction of High Street and Mill Street.

Take the B668 signed to Cottesmore and Greetham.

Follow these roads into Cottesmore until you come to 'Colin Easson's' petrol station and Ford Dealership.  Take the turn here into Mill Lane.  After the first four bungalows on your left you come to The Tithe Barn, again on your left.  Turn into the driveway by the tall hedge, to the left of the house, where you will find sufficient off-road parking. If you go up Clatterpot Lane, or go past the house, you have gone too far. Please try and avoid parking in our neighbour's driveway.
