CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a booking a deposit of £20.00 per room per night is required.

Upon confirmation, in line with case law, a contract, subject to penalties exists:-
* in the event of you cancelling the booking deposits can only be refunded if the room is subsequently re-let.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your added protection.

PAYMENT
Accounts to be settled in cash sterling (£) or cheque accompanied by a guarantee card up to card limit only, or by debit or credit card payment.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURE
Check in times are between 4pm and 8pm unless alternatives have been previously arranged. Departures by 10.30am

SMOKING
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we operate a NO-SMOKING policy indoors.
