Our best ever GCSE results!

It has been a great start to the year. Our former year 11 are to be congratulated on their individual GCSE results.

99% achieved qualifications, of which 94% gained 5 or more pass grades. The percentage achieving 5 or more higher grades A*-C was an impressive 70%.

The percentage achieving 5 or more A*-C with English and mathematics was 59%. The top 12 students achieved 129 A* and A grades between them and half of the year group gained at least one A* or A grade.

These results are a testament to Peter Green's management of the college over the last 19 years and are an excellent foundation to move the college forward. The annual presentation evening for our former year 11 students and their families will be held on Thursday 13 November.
