Thank you for your interest in taking a space for a stall at our Street Market on Monday 28 May 2007.

This is a popular annual event, now in its 26th year. Last year there were a record 212 stalls and an estimated 6,000 members of the public came to Exton.

Unfortunately all our exibitor space is now booked.

Thankyou to all those who've booked and please ensure you bring you r Paypal Confirmation form or your Booking Confirmation Form that was mailed to you, with you on the day as proof of booking.

This year has proven to be the most successful in terms of bookings and in particular the number of exhibitors that used our online service.

Please Email us if you have any suggestions or comments on how we can make the booking process more efficient and easier to use.

• Bookings are now closed for this years Exton Street Market. Thankyou to all those whohave taken a stall this year.

• Pricing update. Due to a printing error we have incorrectly published the discount rate for Online booking as £ 20 per non-residents.The price is in fact £ 21 for non-residents. Please accept our apologies.

• Street market bookings are ahead of schedule for February. We have had a great response so far for bookings both repeat visitors and new exibitors.

29.01.07 - Please note that all catering spaces have now been allocated.

Booking Information

To make sure of a space for your stall, please complete the application form (see here) as soon as possible and, please, no later than 1 May 2007.

Shortly after you have completed your application, you will receive confirmation of its receipt by email and a permit / receipt will be sent to you by return. Please bring it with you to the Street Market.

Stewards will be on duty from 0700 hours on the Village Green to direct you to your space. Allocation will be on a first-come-first-served basis and it is advisable to arrive sooner (but not TOO soon!) rather than later.

Please be advised that:
If you set up your stall before the stewards arrive, there is a risk that you may be asked to relocate if, in the opinion of the stewards, the location you have selected is unsafe or is potentially an inconvenience to other stall space holders;

• Parking near to your stall will be subject to availability of space and will be at the discretion of the Stewards;
• Free parking will be provided in the Exton Estate Workshop Yard on production of your permit / receipt;
• No large vehicles will be allowed on the Village Green.
