Fancy some exercise?

Hello,my name is Steve Harris and i am doing a little local publicity for the Rutland Hash House Harriers.

Nothing to do with drugs!!although if you see us about some doubt may come into your mind.In a nutshell non competitive cross country running.Their are a few variations of hashing clubs around the world ours is a fairly gentle affair offering a good work out for the more atheletic whilst getting mum kids and fido around the trail starting and finishing together.

We meet 10am on Sunday mornings around the local area using woods and footpaths. Following a pre laid trail of spots of flour with check points at natural junctions.

At these checks we wait for everyone before searching for the trail to carry on.Those who need a little help are pointed in the right direction or if available given a short cut.So if those old knees are going, pounding the pavement has got boring but you know you should be making a bit of an effort maybe Hashing is for you.Did i mention the first go is FREE and we always have a BEER afterwards, sorry kids its lemonade and crisps for you!

Details from Steve 01572767336 or Harry 01572767941.
