During June and July we had a 4-week Shape Up For Summer course running in Exton C of E Primary School on Thursday evenings. Thanks to all the ladies who attended!
In July there was a very successful Emergency Procedures session. 13 people attended and were trained in adult/child resuscitation techniques and emergency First Aid. We now have many more members of our community with vital life saving skills.
