Broccoli Bottom is a newly renovated farmhouse situated within walking distance of Rutland Water lying in in open countryside, offering accommodation to a very high standard with traditional English breakfast. With views over the valley we offer a very warm welcome. From £75.00 per room per night. No smoking. Dogs welcome £5 per night.

Situated 3 miles from both Oakham and Uppingham and 12 miles from historic Stamford, we are in the heart of Rutland. The Rutland Water cycle path runs at the top of our rear driveway and we are placed on a ramblers footpath. We are delighted to offer stunning self-catering accommodation providing a total of 27 bed places on site, some with disabled access, making Broccoli Bottom the ideal place for couples, families amd larger parties.
One or two bedroom apartments/cottages, each with it's own lounge/diner with TV and DVD. Modern kitchen, including dishwasher and luxury shower room. Facilities for fisherman are available. Offering a drying room for wet suits, waders and wellies.
