VOLUNTARY ACTION RUTLAND (VAR) is a ONE-STOP SHOP for volunteers and organisations. VAR combines the services of a Council for Voluntary Service and a Volunteer Bureau both of which work together for the benefit of the Rutland Community.

VAR supports and promotes local voluntary action by providing advice, information, support, training, and consultation. We offer a wide range of services to members of the Rutland Community and gives priority to vulnerable people.
