Belton is directly opposite Allexton, with only the A47 seperating them. It is situated at the bottom of Wardley Hill. Belton still has its church, pub and a village post office.

Belton is a small village in the South of Rutland, it is surrounded by rolling countryside, popular with walkers. Its community is tightly knit, and its spirit still remains strong.
