Rutland Together logoRutland Together is the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for Rutland. The Partnership was established in August 2002 to bring together all of those people and bodies whose work impacts on the lives of local people. The process of establishing the partnership was aided by a task group, set up by Rutland County Council, to engage with community members who would inform and assist decision-making regarding the membership, structure and operation of the LSP. Rutland Together has over 20 members who meet on a bi-monthly basis. Members include Rutland Council, public bodies such as the police and health authority, voluntary and community organisations and businesses. Rutland Together is supported by various 'theme' groups whose work covers specific area or themes. For example the Rutland Infrastructure Group looks at issues around economic development, housing and land use etc. These theme groups are:
